Built for athletes who want to move better, get faster, and stand out
The Coach Behind AthleteBoost
Founder of AthleteBoost - Josh Denton
I started AthleteBoost because I kept seeing the same problem — talented young soccer players who worked hard on the ball but had no structured way to develop the physical qualities that separate good players from great ones. Speed. Power. Agility. The ability to keep performing in the 80th minute when everyone else is fading. These things don't happen by accident. They're trained. I've spent nearly a decade working with athletes across every level — from youth players just learning how to move, all the way to professionals competing at the highest level. What I've learned is that the right program, delivered consistently, changes everything. Not just how an athlete performs — but how they carry themselves on and off the field. AthleteBoost was built to give every youth soccer player access to that kind of training. Structured. Progressive. Built for the demands of the game.

“We’ve seen a significant shift in her confidence and motivation. She is more aware of what high-level effort looks like and has been more intentional about how she moves and practices in regular soccer sessions. Her self-belief grew a lot after seeing measurable improvements.”
“He gained more confidence and self-assurance; He now applies movements with greater speed in his sport, meaning he has improved his ability to move faster, coordinate, perform with greater agility, improved his physical condition, etc.; overall, he has developed more efficient skills, recalling them from his beginnings.”
“It fills a critical gap that many young players don’t get in regular team practices—proper speed mechanics, explosiveness training, and individualized feedback. The program builds athletic foundation, discipline, and confidence in a way that directly transfers to on-field performance.”
