What is included in an AthleteBoost camp? Each camp includes professional-led training sessions focused on speed, agility, strength, and power. Athletes receive structured coaching, age-appropriate progressions, and a high-energy competitive environment designed to build real athletic confidence.

Where are the camps held? Camps are held on-site at local facilities. Specific location details are provided at registration. AthleteBoost also offers hosted camps for clubs and organizations nationwide — contact us to bring a camp to your area.

What age groups are the camps for? Camps are divided into three age groups: 8–10, 11–14, and 15–18. Each group trains separately with programming designed specifically for their developmental stage.

What should my athlete bring? Athletes should bring cleats, running shoes, water, and wear comfortable workout clothes. All training equipment is provided on-site.

How many spots are available per camp? Spots are limited to keep groups small and coaching quality high. We recommend registering early to secure your athlete's spot.

Can my athlete attend if they've never done performance training before? Absolutely. Camps are designed to meet athletes where they are. Coaches adjust progressions based on ability so every athlete gets the most out of the experience regardless of their background.

What is your refund policy? Refunds are available up to 7 days before the camp start date. Please contact us directly if you have questions about your registration.
