Sports Performance Training


Purpose: To enhance sports performance in areas such as speed and agility, strength training, injury resilience, and sport-specific fitness/conditioning.

Program Focus: Targeted training to improve specific aspects of athletic performance through structured drills and techniques in speed, strength, injury prevention, and sport-related conditioning.

Time:

  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Ages 6-9)

  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Ages 10-13)

  • 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Ages 14-18)
